This week on Ask Rob & Rob, Andy from Leeds asked:
Should I quit my job and go into property full-time?
Firstly you need to put a number on what you need to earn to justify leaving your job. It might not be as much as your current salary, but it needs to be really specific so you can make that step. Having done that, you can work out how many projects and what type of projects you need to do to bring that number about.
It’s never going to be all smiles after an hour, and there’s a heck of learning curve to take on, so you may want to consider joint venturing with someone on your first project who has experience, or getting along to a meetup or chatting on The Property Hub to ask others for their advice and experience. We’ve got also got a great course on flipping, which is completely free! (see below)
