BEFORE THE EVENT
We’ll send you a questionnaire that asks you about your current situation, goals, fears,
aims for the Summit, and so on. Just taking the time to think about your answers and
write them down is a valuable exercise in itself!
The questionnaire helps us to prepare, too: the Summit is all about specifics rather than
just dishing out “general” property information, so we need to be ready to troubleshoot
your exact situation.
ON THE DAY
You’ll spend a full day with us (Rob & Rob), plus 14 other smart, motivated property
investors (in a swanky Central London venue with your lunch and plenty of snacks
included, of course!).
8.30am: Meet and greet, coffee and pastries.
9am: You’ll have the opportunity to spend 20 minutes in the “hotseat” and talk about
your own goals and challenges in front of the rest of the group. We’ll bring our own
insights and ideas to the discussion, and you’ll also find that everyone else in the group
is able to weigh in and provide valuable perspectives.
20 minutes might not sound like a long time, but by the end your head will be spinning!
What’s more, you’ll be surprised by how much you can learn from other people’s
hotseats: hearing their strategies and challenges will give you insights into your own.
1pm: Lunch! It’s exceptionally delicious.
2pm: A dedicated Q&A session, where we’ll blast through any more “general” questions you might have – questions about strategic planning, finance, sourcing deals, and lots more.
4pm: The day ends with a session where we break out into smaller groups to set goals for the next three months.
5pm: Off to the pub for some well-deserved relaxation time! (And – let’s be honest – a lot more property chat.)
AFTER THE SUMMIT
We strongly encourage you to get in touch with some of your fellow attendees and form a “mastermind group” with them after the event. (We share everyone’s contact details and will give you all the tools and support you need to do this.)
The intention of a mastermind group is to check in with each other every few weeks to
share progress, get ideas and recommendations, and benefit from some much-needed
accountability. While it’s easy to let a couple of weeks slip by without working on your
property goals, it’s more painful to do so when you know you’ll be making excuses on
your next mastermind call!”
There’s also an official check-in led by us three months after the event, giving the chance to troubleshoot and course-correct if anything has come up during the process of putting your plan into action. (It’s also a great opportunity to talk about all the progress and successes you’ve been having.)
