Our acceptance criteria are that you must have owned at least one investment property AND have at least £100,000 ready to invest. You don’t need to have masses of experience: as long as you know the basics and have plenty of ambition, you’ll fit in just fine.
It’s up to you, but strongly encouraged: the more you share, the better advice we (and the rest of the group) can give you.
We’ll ask you some simple questions to make sure you’re a good fit, and ensure there’s a good mix of experience and perspectives in the group. It shouldn’t take any more than 5 minutes to complete.
We’ll tell you why, and direct you towards the free resources that will be most helpful to you based on your current situation. We’ll also instantly refund you in full to the same method of payment you used originally.
We’ll send you a selection of resources to watch and listen to, and exercises to complete to make sure you’re fully prepared to get the best from the day. Allow at least a couple of hours.
You’re welcome to arrange your own accommodation, or you can stay at the hotel itself. Contact us to see if we can help you with preferential rates.
Yes! You’ll get breakfast on arrival, a variety of snacks at every break, and a truly delicious sit-down lunch. There’s also unlimited tea and coffee, juice and bottled water.
We encourage you to arrive from 8.30am ready to say hello and start promptly at 9am. We then go all the way through to 5pm, before (optionally) going on for informal drinks.
Because so few places are available, we can only offer a refund or a transfer to another date once we’ve re-sold your place. This has never been a problem because demand is so high.
