Regrets, we’ve had a few but you don’t need to if you listen to this episode!
Yep, we speak to investors every day, and we’ve noticed that the same regrets get expressed over and over again. The ones we hear most are:
- I wish I’d started with a strategy
- I wish I’d taken more advice before I started
- I wish I’d started sooner
Of them all, I wish I’d started sooner is by far the most common – even for people started relatively young! So we talked about how to overcome the common excuses that stand in the way of taking action:
- I don’t have the time
- I don’t know what to do
- I don’t have the contacts
- I don’t have the money
- I can’t find a deal
- Lending is tough
- There’s too much choice
So listen to the episode, and make sure youíre not one of those people telling your stories of woe about what could have been in your local pub in years to come
Resource of the week
Rob has started to use it to schedule job interviews, and Rob D uses it for pretty much everything – to eliminate those annoying back-and-forths about a comvenient time to meet or talk.
Of all the similar software out there, it’s the best we’ve tried. So give it a go: it could easily free up an extra 15 minutes of Rightmove-browsing time for you every week
News this week
You can book Richard Bransonís private island, Necker Island, for a mere $37,000 per night. And the photos look stunning.
It’s good to dream venue for the next Property Podcast meetup, anyone?
